FAQ

1. The LCD shows a battery icon.

It is low battery alarm, which means the battery will be exhausted soon, please replace a new meter.


1. The meter show negative temperature difference.

Please check the meter installation is correct or not, if the meter marked with inflow, it should be installed at inflow pipe, if the meter marked with return flow, it should be installed at return pipe.


1. The DTU connect server failed.

Please check the configuration of the IP, port, APN.

Please check the configuration in the ‘Config’ page and fill with the correct IP and port.


1. How do I know credit is low of electricity meter?  
   If the meter reaches low credit level, credit LED will flash while buzzer will beep. Please see the details in “1. LED Indicators”.

2. Error codes when entering a token  
   USEd: used token.
   Please try to enter a new token.
   oLd: expired token.    
   Please try to enter a new token.
   -02-: incorrect token format
   Please check if any digit of the token is not inserted.
   -03-: fail to verify the token
   Token can not be verified by the meter. Please try to enter the token again or use a new one.    

3. What does -12- mean?
   Code -12- means the meter memory or relay/valve is faulty. Please contact your service provider for help.    

4. What should I do if -13- appears?
Meter is tampered if -13- appears. Please contact your service provider to clear the tamper.    

5. Why is keypad locked?
   If wrong tokens are entered up to 4 times, the keypad will be locked. Please wait for 5 minutes to 1 hour which depends on the wrong times that you enter.
